Mobile-first video mediation platform AerServ has confirmed its Real Time Bidding system has come out of beta, enabling advertisers to purchase mobile video spots across its platform, which is already processing billions of mobile video ad impressions per day. Based on the OpenRTB standard, AerServ says developers can expect more than 20 new RTB integrations during the first three months of 2015.
AerServ says publishers using the Real Time Bidding system are already seeing CPM increases of 40%, and double the previous fill rates.
Josh Speyer, AerServ’s CEO, said:
“The demand for RTB is unquestionably there, yet there are very few platforms that offer access to this volume of mobile video inventory at scale, and none can match the quality of AerServ’s publishers. Advertisers shouldn’t have to choose between reach and results. We are thrilled to offer access to not just more publishers but the best publishers, significantly increasing engagement rates while simultaneously decreasing the strain on media buyers.”
Desktop video ads are already widely traded over real time bidding platforms. According to AerServ its new platform brings the same level of scale to quality mobile video inventory.
According to a BI Intelligence report, RTB in America will account for more than $18.2b in digital ad revenues by 2018, a dramatic increase over the $3.1b recording in 2013. Founded in 2012 and based in New York, you can visit AerServ’s company profile to learn more about it here.
