AppFlood marks a year of significant growth with iOS Compatibility

AppFlood, the commission-free, cross-promotion network from PapayaMobile, has just seen its inaugural year produce significant growth (over 147million cumulative total users) and a wealth of new releases including compatibility with iOS.  One of the companies leading the way in this area has been Chartboost, but Appflood is rapidly building a similar level of scale and is addressing the wider market beyond games by reaching out into the wider app developer community with it’s cross promotion and mobile advertising solutions.

With a surge of Android developers joining the network over the past month, recent figures released by AppFlood show that it gained 45million MAUs (Monthly Active Users) in June 2013. The network is currently used by over 4500 Android developers (and boasts 147million total users) and as CEO Si Shen confirms is likely to accelerate further:

“AppFlood’s transparency and flexibility has resonated with the Android developers that have joined in the first year, and we anticipate that momentum will continue to accelerate our growth through 2013 with the introduction of iOS compatibility”

AppFlood Developers

Appflood has a good reputation as a developer-friendly network and its support for a range of other third party advertising platforms is good news for developers and publishers looking to increase their reach, monetization and user acquisition. As Si Shen says, its support for leading mobile advertising platforms means “far greater reach, far better monetization and more efficient user acquisition” for the developers and publishers on the network.
With its iOS compatibility and new transparency-focused features (find out more about these new releases here) AppFlood aims to help developers to take advantage of the huge opportunity in mobile ad space and will continue “to find new ways to best serve the developer community to better take advantage of that opportunity”
