DailyMotion, the video streaming site has announced an expansion to its advertising inventory. New formats include vertical pre-roll adverts on mobile devices.
Dailymotion expands advertising inventory through addition of pre-roll video formats
The new pre-roll format allows for any orientation of video content on mobile, whether its vertical or landscape. It will officially launch in 2017. The ads are also filling full screens.
According to DailyMotion it hopes that the new ads will yield higher mobile completion rates and offers viewers better immersion with branded video content whilst enhancing the user experience.
