Hispanic market mobile ad provider Adsmovil appoints Andrew Polsky to Senior VP and Head of US
Adsmovil, which is part of Cisneros Interactive, provides mobile ad solutions in the US for the Hispanic, Brazilian, Mexican, Colombian, Argentinan and Latin American markets. It utilises Latin content and digital platforms to engage users within these regions.
Sales of the company shot up over 50% in 2015. Adsmovil also entered a partnership with Sizmek, TailTarget and PubMatic in 2015 and opened an office in Spain. In April 2015, it rolled out the Adsmovil Ad Exchange, which focusses entirely on Hispanics. For some of its recent campaigns, it won a Gold Smartie, a FOMLA and two bronze Smarties.
Polsky joins the company from Pulpo Media, where he was SVP of sales and managed a team of national sales directors driving the ad network’s revenue growth for desktop, mobile, programmatic and data solutions. Prior to that, he led the digital division at Spanish Broadcasting System as VP of digital media. At Adsmovil, he will be based in NYC.
