Immersion Corp. enters licensing agreement with Grayhill expanding its haptic technology for mobile campaigns
Immersion Corporation, which licenses touch feedback technology for improved consumer engagement with mobile and digital campaigns, just announced a licensing agreement with Grayhill, the maker of a range of human interface components and custom solutions.

Brian May, President of Grayhill, says that the deal attests to the firm’s confidence in haptic technologies as part of its user interface. He adds:
“The ability to tune the haptic feedback to each user’s preference using software will also enhance the user experience and provide our customers with important product differentiators.”
Through the partnership, Grayhill will be able to access Immersion’s portfolio of 2,300+ haptic patents and applications for use in touchscreens, touchpads and other touch-enabled user interface panels.
