Zurek will be managing the company’s sales as well as operational teams in the Midwest region. Kargo’s mobile advertising expertise has been utilised by large brands including Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Verizon and L’Oréal as well as select publishers Hearst, The New York Times and CBS Interactive.
Zurek will be joining the firm following a successful 2016 during which the company exceeded $100m in revenue and has driven its international expansion to complete a major mobile ad research initiative called Captivate vs. Aggravate. She says:
“Kargo’s innovative approach to mobile advertising has always attracted me to the company, and I’m looking forward to working with such a talented team to continue shaping the future of mobile advertising.”
