Light Reaction, the programmatic performance ad business, part of ad platform Xaxis, has named Bob Walczak as new CEO. He’ll be overseeing the extensions of Light Reaction’s products, tech capabilities, geographic footprint as well as client roster. Light Reaction serves over 400 clients across 26 markets in the US, Europe, Asia as well as Middle East. Current General Manager, Paul Dolan, continues to resume a strategic advisory role.

Walczak most recently held the position of General Manager at IPONWEB’s BidSwitch, where he grew the business 500% and doubled its business client base within 12 months. Prior to that, he was Manager and VP at PubMatic where he built the company’s mobile and emerging media business from inception to over 25% of the company’s overall revenue. He is also the Founder and CEO of ad-tech start-up Ringleader Digital which provided a mobile ad serving tech platform.
