Muilenberg is an industry veteran within digital advertising. He’ll be discussing ways to utilise mobile intelligence in an omni-channel world and address challenges of mobile marketing investment. In addition, he will show how top brands that depend on inbound phone calls to grow revenue are incorporating real-world outcomes and mobile analytics to drive their campaign efficiency and customer service experiences.

According to Marchex statistics, Australian consumers will be making over seven billion phone calls to businesses using their smartphones this years. Three billion will be coming directly from search engine results and paid listings.
