Matomy Media Group, the total mobile marketing performance group, announced last month that they have acquired Florida-based mobile affiliate network MobAff. Set to be integrated within MediaWhiz, a leading performance marketing agency that was another of Matomy’s acquisitions earlier this year, MobAff is likely to boost the agency’s mobile performance marketing arm as will signal relocation to New York Headquarters.
Ofer Druker, Matomy Media Group CEO, said of the merger –
“We are impressed by MobAff’s strong presence with advertisers and affiliates, as well as the technological solutions it has developed. I am confident that this acquisition will benefit the MATOMY and MediaWhiz customer bases, offering our advertisers and affiliates cutting-edge technologies — alongside other performance marketing products we have developed — as well as greater audience reach and effective results in their mobile advertising campaigns”
MobAff was initially founded in 2011 and counts some of the leading advertisers and affiliate networks in the US as clients, providing them with efficient lead generation and customer acquisition. Amongst the company’s services are cost-per-action and cost-per-lead marketing in push, display, search and click-to-call.
Mobaff founder Alexander Tsatkin, also due to relocate to the MediaWhiz headquarters, spoke about the “great opportunity” that a joining the agency is set to bring –
“We look forward to collaborating with our MediaWhiz and MATOMY colleagues to help affiliates and advertisers optimize their mobile lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns”
With other key members of the group, including Matomy Media Group CEO Ofer Druker and MediaWhiz CEO Hakan Lindsog fully onboard with the acquisition, MediaWhiz and Matomy are set to be “on track to becoming the industry leader in delivering high-value mobile customer acquisition and traffic monetization solutions for advertisers and affiliates.”
