Mobile brand advertiser, Kargo, has just announced an expansion into Europe with the first international outpost opening in London. Launch brands include Unilever, MailOnline as well as Hearst UK. Kargo provides mobile ad campaigns
Kargo is a mobile-first ad campaign provider, combining creative with data and editorial environments to ensure higher engagement.
The international extension follows a solid 2015 during which Kargo was named one of the fastest growing companies in the US according to Inc. magazine.
Harry Kargman, Founder & CEO, Kargo, says:
“Kargo works with the majority of premium publishers and brands in North America, many of whom have encouraged us to expand internationally. We need to raise the bar everywhere in mobile advertising by defining great consumer experiences and high impact campaigns. We’re very excited to be able to bring our innovation and unique capabilities to the rest of the world. Now is the perfect time to expand our global footprint given the extraordinary support of our current partners.”
The company also has an invitation-only media alliance with 300+ publishers that is likely to grow with the recent expansion.
Hannah Buitekant, General Manager, Programmatic, MailOnline UK, adds:
“Kargo is a rare partner for publishers looking to embrace high quality mobile experiences, and we’re excited that they are now in the UK.”
Owen Hanks will lead the London office and continue the group’s global footprint, including establishing relationships with brands and media companies. He says:
“Top clients have relied on Kargo to help them scale their brand marketing to the mobile phone, and now more than ever I believe Kargo’s unique commitment to quality and transparency will build loyalty worldwide. It is important to think globally and act locally, and I’m honored to play a role in what is sure to be a successful period of growth and innovation.”
