Mobile Embrace with positive full year revenue results driven by mobile marketing expansion
Mobile Embrace Limited, the mobile marketing and carrier billing mCommerce company, has delivered positive financial and operational results for the year from July 2015 to August 2016.
Within the 12 month period, the company expanded into four new international territories for direct carrier billing and mobile marketing each. Just last month, the company signed an agreement with Telenor Digital, the Norwegian global telecommunications company, following an expansion into Pakistan at the beginning of July.
Revenue increased 83% year-on-year to $60.6 million, whilst EBITDA went up 86% from $5 million to $9.5 million.

Among its mobile marketing products, the company offers a full service for brands and agencies which includes optimising campaign reach and driving engagement rates.
Mobile marketing contributed just under half of the company’s revenue at over $25 million in revenue.

“Mobile Embrace has again delivered strong growth on all the key metrics of Revenue, EBITDA, NPAT and EPS growth year on year. We again exceeded guidance with revenue of $60.6 million and EBITDA of $9.5 million which demonstrates the strength, scalability and momentum of the business.”
He adds that the company’s recent expansions are in line with Mobile Embrace’s growth strategy to position itself well within the growing mobile marketplace.
