Mobile ad tech company, RNTS Media, the parent of app monetisation solution Fyber, has announced Thorsten Grenz, Jens Schumann, and Crid Yu to be joining the company’s Supervisory board as Independent Directors at the next Annual General Meeting. The three combine a wealth of knowledge of the US ad tech space and international German governance, and will help RNTS Media’s executive team accelerate the company’s global growth.
RNTS Media announces new Supervisory board members
President of Financial Experts Association e.V., Thorsten Grenz, is currently based in Berlin. Jens Schumann is the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of LOTTO24 AG and a founding member of the Supervisory Board of Zeal Network SE (formerly Tipp24 SE). Meanwhile, Crid Yu is based in San Francisco and has held executive leadership roles with Google, InMobi as well as Jana Mobile.
