Rubicon Project hires Tom Kershaw to oversee its mobile, video and in-app strategies
Ad marketplace provider, Rubicon Project, just announced the hire of Tom Kershaw as Chief Product and Engineering Officer. He joins the leadership team at Rubicon following 25 years of experience within the advertising tech space. His experience includes managing product development and engineering teams at various companies including Google where he served as Director of Product Management for Google Ads and Commerce.

The move is part of Rubicon Project’s strategy to innovate across its mobile, video and in-app ad tech.
As Chief Product & Engineering Officer, Kershaw will be responsible for overseeing the product development and platform strategy of the company as well as its product design and engineering.

As part of his prior experience, Kershaw managed over $500m in annual revenue for businesses in the tech market for 15 years. He also brings on board experience of managing cloud, mobile and voice services across 20 countries, including India, China, Thailand, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Nigeria.
