Sprinklr integrates with mobile app Viber to allow brands to reach 900 million app users

Sprinklr, the social media marketing platform, has officially announced its integration with Viber, the cross-platform instant messaging app. Together, they hope to offer brands a way to reach Viber’s over 900 million users.

As part of the move, brands are now able to engage and reach consumers on Viber. In addition, their interactions can be analysed directly within Sprinklr.

Text, stickers, videos and images can all be posted to Viber from within Sprinklr. When a brand is sent a private message by a customer on Viber, Sprinklr auto-assigns it to the right person.
