TubeMogul, a brand advertising software platform, has added some extra capabilities that let advertisers deliver more targeted video content. In partnership with geo-data company Factual, the addition means that advertisers can tap into Factual Geopulse Proximity and Audience targeting features directly through the TubeMogul platform.
TubeMogul adds features to let advertisers target mobile video content more accurately
As such, marketers get to apply Factual’s customizable, location-based audiences and geo-fencing features to expand their reach across inventory providers. In addition, the solution can be applied to push video and display mobile in-app formats.
Antoine Barbier, Senior Director Mobile, TubeMogul, says that Factual makes it easier for advertisers to improve their cross-channel campaigns through accurate mobile location data. He adds:

The demand is certainly there, according to Factual Senior VP of Revenue, Rob Jonas, who adds that programmatic in particular is driving the market.
