Urban Airship, the mobile engagement platform, recently unveiled Urban Airship Insight, its mobile audience intelligence solution that lets marketers discover precise audience insights and export user-level details to drive 1:1 action. The feature lets advertisers understand which audiences drive app performance and which are most likely to respond to future engagement, as well as what campaigns perform best.

Among the core features of Urban Airship Insight are audience engagement dashboards, conversion funnel reporting and cohort analytics to optimise app user flow and engagement ,RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary Value) analysis combined with behavioral attributes.

Urban Airship now provides two data solutions for mobile insight-to-action in real-time. It announced Urban Airship Connect in September, which provides real-time data streaming that connects users’ mobile signals of intent for automated, real-time action. Urban Airship Connect’s open omni-channel partner ecosystem now includes connections with Adsquare, Indicative, Snowplow and Unacast. It features pre-built connectors for Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), Amazon Simple Queue Service (Amazon SQS) and Amazon Kinesis.
