Vungle, the mobile video advertiser has rolled out some new innovative video ad options for in-app ads. Dubbed Dynamic Templates, the new formats give clients a choice of what video ads will look like on mobile devices.
Vungle launches Dynamic Templates
As of right now, there are five templates available for mobile video ads.
Zain Jaffer, CEO of Vungle, told GamesBeat that this is useful for advertising across different markets. Say a game developer wants to advertise his app in a market where connections are slow, he can choose a template that’s smaller and avoids eating heavily into bandwidth.
He explains that mobile has already revolutionised performance marketing:
“Low-quality, poorly designed video ads simply no longer have a place in apps today. With the introduction of Dynamic Templates, we’ve now made it possible to develop rich creatives that can be scaled and optimized to run across a range of platforms and devices. Publishers will have even more ways to generate revenue without sacrificing their user experience. It is a critical part of our broader mission to help companies drive ROI through lifetime-value (LTV) optimization.”
As such, the new Dynamic Templates demonstrates Vungle’s commitment to innovation and increasing ROI. Indeed, the company’s Carousel template has already been tested to show a 20% increase in conversion compared to fullscreen video ads.
All the templates are responsive which means that consumers are always receiving an enhanced experience regardless of their device make. More importantly, formats are modular which means that they can be adapted and optimised to fit any screen.
As part of the new offering, publishers simply download a software development kit. Template updates happen automatically.
“At Vungle, we’re on a mission to develop solutions that empower performance advertisers and publishers to deliver a great ad experience while also driving measurable ROI. Dynamic Templates goes a long way toward helping our customers achieve exactly that.”
