TapIt! focuses on premium publishers and developers, providing them with advertising that is compatible with both their brand and audience. The network also offers extended reach, advanced targeting and rich media ads to advertisers.

Hearing good things about the Tapit targeting capabilities. Arguably they are spread too thinly as they seem to be operating an SSP/ mobile ad server as well as working at the buying end. Media buyers seem to rate them for buying mobile ads so give them a go.
